Online registration for the AFAC/Bushfire CRC 2010 Conference is now closed.

You will be able to register at the event. Please look for the registration desk on the ground floor of the Darwin Convention Centre.

Full Registration includes:
• Access to all sessions
• Conference satchel complete with program and abstract book
• Morning and afternoon tea and lunch every day
• Tickets to all social functions - Welcome Drinks on Wednesday 8th December, the Conference dinner on Thursday 9th September and on Friday a special a final mixer immediately after the conference close

Payment and acknowledgement
New registrations can be processed at the Conference Registraiton Desk at the Darwin Convention Centre. Credit card details will be required and a tax receipt issued on site.

$970.00 AFAC/Bushfire CRC Full Member registration - After 6 June 2010
$1,150.00 Non Member Full conference registration after 6 June 2010
$580.00 Day Registration AFAC Member (Does not include social functions)
$680.00 Day Registration Non Member (Does not include social functions)
$120.00 Additional Trade registration
$100.00 Late Registration Fee - Any registration after 23 August

A late penalty of $100 per registration applies to all registrations after the 25th August 2010. Trade registration excluded.


Group invoices.
For organisations wishing to send a number of delegates, all delegate registrations and accommodation may be charged on a single invoice. For administration purposes, a group invoice will need a group leader to be nominated and the invoice will be sent to them with all other members of the group listed under their name. To group delegates, when registering on-line when asked for payment options, tick the Group Invoice box and ensure the group leader is nominated.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $100 if made in writing before 1 July 2010. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
